Returns & Exchanges

At Baltic Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
